The Paris Etoile Centre occupies one floor of a modern office complex that takes up a whole block of Rue Balzac, a historic road linking the Champs-Elysées with the Faubourg St Honoré. This puts the centre at the heart of a busy commercial district and the city's fashion quarter, home to most leading designers, and on the same street as former mansions now the headquarters of global corporations. It is also close to the political and international community, including embassies and the French president's official residence. The building overlooks public gardens and has spacious interiors with plenty of natural light. It has its own restaurant, and although there is 24-hour access, the centre is protected by constant CCTV coverage. There is private parking in the basement.
